We do not offer refunds on our products, but we are more than happy to exchange a ready-made product returned to us in new/unused condition if you are not completely happy.

To arrange an exchange please notify me by email within 7 days of delivery on info@babycuddles.net.za .  If I receive no response from you within 7 days of receipt of your order, then I will assume you are happy with your product.  Please note that in the event of an exchange the courier cost for the exchange would be for your account. 
 
Products that were somehow damaged during shipping or incorrectly supplied can qualify for a replacement product. In such an instance, Baby Cuddles will exchange the product on condition that (i) the product is returned in its original condition and (ii) the customer notifies me within 2 days of receipt of their order by email to info@babybcuddles.net.za. On receipt and acceptance of returned product Baby Cuddles will arrange the courier collection and cover the shipping fees for the damaged or incorrectly supplied items you wish to exchange.
